Lee Plaza, also known as the Lee Plaza Hotel or Lee Plaza Apartments, is a vacant 16-story high-rise apartment building located in Detroit, Michigan. Designed by Charles Noble and constructed in 1929, it is a registered historic site and a prime example of Art Deco architecture from the 1920s.

Originally built as an upscale apartment with hotel services, Lee Plaza has a rich history of changing ownership and uses over the years. Currently undergoing a $60 million restoration project, the building is set to be transformed into 180 residential units and retail spaces, with the first phase expected to be completed by 2024.
