Saginaw County Head Start is an educational program that provides learning opportunities for students. It serves more than 1,000 students aged 3 and 4. The school offers instruction in science, literacy and mathematics. Saginaw County Head Start works with a team of over 180 staff members and operates in nearly 30 locations in the United States. It operates at approximately 15 center-based and more than 10 community- and faith-based sites in the U.S. The school also works in collaboration with over 10 family child care homes and centers. Saginaw County Head Start conducts a parents club meeting. The school administers several child development programs. It is governed by the Saginaw Intermediate School District.

Midland County Educational Service Agency provides a variety of leadership and support services to improve and enhance the educational process in cooperation with constituent districts, schools and the community. It is one of the intermediate school districts in Michigan. Based in Midland, Mich., the agency offers a wide range of services, including business, human resources, instructional and career preparatory, pupil accounting, special education and various field services. It also operates a distance learning network for students in various county schools. The agency s business services division is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of all financial documents and records of the organization. Its range of services includes funding for career resource centers, transition services for special education students, and organization of field trips and professional development activities.
