looked dirty inside, guy who answered phone messed up my order, and just looking at him when getting my pickup order i felt gross and like the food was dirty

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This location has gone downhill drastically in the last several months. But my (and several other customers) experience last night was the last straw....

expect to wait 30 minutes to and hour for a hot and ready. It does not even matter if you order in advance here. Service has been awful since it switched owners.
