I ordered Hot and Ready. Waited 35 minutes after being told 20 minutes. That wasn't a big deal but when I got the pizza it was barely warm and mushy. I usually like this place, but yuck this time.

I waited about 10 minutes in the drive-through line and another 5 minutes at the window, only to be told the drive-through was closed. I understand things happen, but there was no sign or notice...
