Dr Demchuk chose internal medicine as a career because he thoroughly enjoys the opportunity to help and care for patients in a wide variety of ways. Internal medicine allows him to address a cornucopia of problems my patients face. He feels that watching a patient's health improve over time is one of the best things one can experience and is the driving factor in his pursuit of medicine. His family also has had a major impact and pushes him to be a better physician. Dr Demchuk enjoys working outdoors to help build the community. He also volunteers with Special Olympics and other sporting organizations to encourage participation in athletics.

Dr Stephens’ interest in pediatric hematology and oncology was sparked during her residency rotation, where she met patients and families who changed her life forever. After that experience, Dr Stephens wanted to continue to learn and grow as a physician so she could help make a difference in her pediatric patients’ lives. She credits her family as her biggest influence and support in life. They have always encouraged her to pursue her goals and dreams. In her free time, Dr Stephens enjoys baking, traveling and spending time with her family and dogs. I chose pediatrics because it grants me the privilege of working with children every day and experiencing their joy, creativity and resilience.

Rose chose family medicine because she enjoys caring for families and people of all ages. Her background in emergency medicine has helped her appreciate the importance of access to preventative healthcare services that help keep patients out of the emergency room and the hospital. Rose has experience working in the mental health field and has special interests in anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. She believes in the importance of normalizing mental health care and ensuring those issues don't go untreated. Rose enjoys going to work each day knowing she will help individuals achieve their maximum state of wellness. She approaches each patient with the goal to listen, communicate, and encourage shared decision making.
