Unbelievable customer service! I walked in looking for something I didn't know the name of and they walked me right to it immediately! It was my first time there and it won't be my last!

Great staff & store, but unfortunately their existence is constantly a threat due to the big box stores. If Ace Northshore doesn't have it, you don't need it. Support your local economy.

one of the best hardware stores i've ever set foot in. very helpful pleasant personnel who always seem to know were stuff is and they have the stuff 99% of the time.
