He has helped engineer and manufacture many 'problem' jobs over his career and continues to enjoy those challenges. In 2001, he led the effort to launch Central Screw Products into the global manufacturing world. Arnot is in charge of the Detroit facility and leads all business development aspects. He worked for Air Products and Chemicals as a production and process engineer for 4 years after college. In 2005, he moved back to Michigan to join Central Screw Products. Matt is in charge of all international production and he serves as a sales contact for specific industries. He is an avid traveler, has lived abroad in Australia, and has worked abroad in Europe and Asia.
