One Light Yoga

The Yoga Studio of Shelby, located in Macomb County, Michigan serves the communities of Shelby Township, Macomb Township, Clinton Township, Washington, Romeo, Sterling Hgts., and Utica. We offer Yoga classes for the beginner as well as the advanced Yoga student. Our Studio offers yoga classes seven days a week, with yoga teachers who have the highest training in the area. Our Yoga classes include Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa (Flow ) Yoga, Tibetan Heart Yoga, Namaste Kids Yoga, Teen Yoga, & Yoga/Pilates Infusion. We encourage our pregnant students to come into our Intro to Yoga or Basic Yoga Level I classes, where all of our teachers are thoroughly trained in pre-natal techniques.
