Service and time to make the pizza was good . Never eaten at papa John's before- pizza ok- probably won't try again with other options we have in town

Papa John's pizza is terrible. The crust tastes burnt. Customer service isn't good either. I will never be getting pizza from there again. There's so many pizza places that make better pizzas than...
