brought my dog in, they slammed him against the wash sick. he came put with a broken back and tail. their response? he came in that way!! bullshit!!!!! if so he would have never passed the flea...

We spend lots of time at Petsmart. I regularly take advantage of the curbside service for dog food. Staff is always professional and helpful. The store is always clean and organized.
