Honestly the whole atmosphere is just awful. I have been to a few planet fitness locations and this one by far is the worse.

Be careful if you cancel get a copy and save it for a long time. Years after you have to prove you cancelled. Not a customer service friendly place at all. It's all about they're sorry and nothing...
