Founded in 2003, Northern Lakes Community Mental Health provides nursing care solutions for individuals with mental illness, developmental disabilities and emotional disturbances. It serves Crawford, Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Missaukee, Roscommon and Wexford counties in Michigan. The center offers crisis intervention, mental screening, health assessment, psychiatric analysis, inpatient treatment, outpatient counseling, and individual, group and family therapy services.
