Got a groupon for this place and it is an amazing work out! It's kind of hard if you aren't super strong but I think it's worth it

It is an amazing workout! Great way to challenge your body. Allison, Rachel, Kate, and Katie are great instructors; all of them are great at correcting your posture which makes the workout a bit...

The workout itself wasn't bad, but the staff was less than helpful. It was our first time going and they knew that, yet no one told us where to put our shoes, coats & purses, nor did they tell us...
