Quincy Street manufactures and markets pork products. The company was founded by a small group of industry veterans who wanted to create a meat-processing business in 1994. Its product line includes ham, breakfast sausage, specialty sausage, deli meat, pizza toppings and pork roasts. Deli meat selections include bologna, salami, sliced ham, thin shaved ham and minced luncheon meat. Its pizza toppings line includes flaked, diced and quartered ham; sliced Canadian bacon; pork sausage crumbles; and sliced Italian, Cajun and smoked sausage. Quincy Street is located in Holland, Mich.
