Ridley's Bakery Cafe is a committed team of talented individuals who provide superior quality baked goods, breads, soups, sandwiches and more. Our goal is to provide all of our customers with an unparalleled product and experience. Ridley's Backstory Ridley's Bakery Cafe was opened in 1989 by Jacqui Ridley. The menu started small, offering homemade baked goods and coffee. The cafe was an instant success, and quickly became known as a staple for Troy residents. As the bakery continued to grow and become well known throughout the Metro Detroit area, the menu expanded as well. Ridley's added a lunch, gift basket and catering menu to the mix. Karl Kornack has owned the bakery since 2004. Having always been an advocate for supporting small local businesses, Karl has been committed to giving back to the community and local schools. Ridley's takes pride in a commitment to tradition, quality and passion for baking that can be tasted in all of the gourmet products that leave our shop.
