We had a fun date night. We got here early and beat the crowd. The food was delicious. The people were nice, and the music was fun. The atmosphere was beautiful.

Under the culinary vision of Chef Ryan Eli Salter, his solo introduction to the budding Michigan restaurant scene will take place in June 2023 with the opening of his restaurant, Salt & KO. The 3,200 sq. foot space will aim to redefine the classic gastropub, offering american classics delivered with intention, fresh ingredients and a little twist. The restaurant is located inside the newly branded, Radisson Hotel Southfield-Detroit in Southfield, MI designed by Lux Living 365 and buildout by R.M. Remodeling Solutions. All dishes made with local sourced ingredients, priding itself as a 90% scratch kitchen.
