Dr Bauer became a doctor to make a meaningful impact on people's lives. He is passionate about his chosen career because being a doctor gives him the unique opportunity to diagnose conditions and make interventions that enhance a patient's quality of life. Choosing to specialize in lung disorders and the care of critically ill patients enabled him to make a difference and provides a way to contribute in the most effective way. Dr Bauer believes that his family has had the greatest influence on his life. From his father he learned the importance of hard work and earnestness, while his mother taught him the value of kindness and education.

Kim believes in treating the whole person, mind, body and spirit together. She finds it important to give every patient credible information so they can make the best decision for themselves. Outside of work, Kim enjoys golfing, cycling, hiking and reading. She can also be found at different events around the community. I believe in treating the whole person, mind, body and spirit. I think it is important to use a range of options and strategies to achieve optimal health for women, while still understanding possible barriers is essential.
