Jogue Plymouth specializes in large volume manufacturing of flavors, syrups, variegates and bases. In 1995, Jogue Inc made a strategic acquisition of Western Syrup Company, located in Santa Fe Springs, California from J & J Snack Foods. Jogue feels that with this acquisition it allows itself to continue to grow with the much-needed national exposure and allow itself to distribute more readily to western states. Jogue Inc./Western Syrup manufactures a full line of food service products such as ICEE brand frozen carbonated syrups, bar mixes, smoothies and juice concentrates. Equipped with three 300 gallon kettles, Western Syrup produces High Mountain brand ice cream toppings, bases, variegates, and flavors. The most recent addition to the Jogue umbrella being Jogue Flavors de Mexico. The 2004 acquisition in Mexico City has helped Jogue expand manufacturing and distribution capabilities of syrups, flavors, and ice cream bases in the rapidly growing Mexican market.
