Kaylin chose to become a physician assistant because she has always been passionate about helping others live healthier lives. Over the years, she has had the privilege of working with patients in various settings and witnessing the critical role proper medical care plays in overall well-being. Her transition into sleep medicine stems from a deep fascination with how sleep affects every aspect of health, from mental clarity to chronic disease management. Kaylin is excited to help patients improve their quality of life through better sleep health. The biggest influence in Kaylin's life has been her grandmother, whose incredible capacity for kindness and dedication to helping others inspired her career in healthcare.

Erin had an interest in science and medicine for as long as she can remember. She loves getting to know her patients and enjoys seeing them improve when they are finally able to get the sleep and rest they need. What excites Erin about her work is meeting new people, tackling new challenges and having a job that allows her to truly make a positive impact on the well-being of her patients. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, reading and outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing and exercising. She also loves to travel with her husband and two children. I feel communication and compassion are the foundation for a strong and successful patient-provider relationship.
