What a great breakfast and awesome service. I normally prefer healthier fare, but if you are looking for IHOP this is really a step above. The service is way better than I've experienced at restaurants far more expensive with far better food.

we stopped at Sophia's on the way home from a trip. we didn't expect much judging by the location and the outdated decor, but the food ended up being delicious and our server was great too....
