Very slow service. My daughter always orders online and still waits inside for 25-35 minutes. It seems like everyone else in line gets their drinks first so what is the point of online ordering?

I don't usually get Starbucks but I decided to stop and get myself and my wife a drink after work today. Tookforever to have my drink made, drinks were being made before mine was that were ordered...

The staff are not very friendly. Actually very sarcastic and rude. I am a regular and these are new staff. We are used to great and friendly service.

Great drinks, but I believe some of the workers need to reflect on their attitudes. As well as the way they treat coworkers and customers. I used to love this location and i would come here...
