Our team of highly-skilled design engineers will construct your fixture or gage to the precise specifications of your gage standards or by utilizing our in-house standards based upon the GD&T or drawings.We can inspect your completed fixture with in-house CMM or Laser Tracker capabilities or send out for a 3rd party certification. Jay Enn is organized based on a QS-9000 TE Supplement Automotive Standards. Its NC programming department is capable of producing accurate, high quality three-dimensional cutter paths for almost all CNC mill in use. Jay Enn can also create solid surfaces from wire frame or scan data. The company s inspection department is equipped with dimensionally certified CMM machines with large table sizes, enabling it to check full body side tools without shifting any bases.
