Family owned and operated, it appears. A foot long cold cut combo on a 9 grain bun! Everything was fresh and tasty. The gentleman making sandwich put a lot of effort into it. Went with everything...

Good food friendly staff (if there's ever more than just the owner) but online says open at 10am but arrived at 11:15am and it wasn't open. Nothing posted about later times.
