SpecialtiesHouston Legacy of Enlightenment specializes in enlightening others to create paths of success, and a community of trusted individuals, regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, capabilities and background. We offer LegacyWear, clothing with a purpose. Proceeds of our uniquely designed clothing and footwear go into Thee Enlightenment course participants for transitional adult expenses.

The Michigan Dyslexia Institute is a nonprofit organization that serves children and adults suffering with dyslexia. It is a member of the Dyslexia Association of America, which provides services to persons with dyslexia throughout the United States. The institute provides direct remedial reading instruction, teacher training and public information services. The Michigan Dyslexia Institute also provides advice and assistance to citizen groups throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, Indiana and Missouri. In addition, it participates in the range of cooperative programs with state agencies, private business, literacy groups, and public and private schools. The Michigan Dyslexia Institute has been operational since 1982 and is located in Lansing, Mich.
