The two stars are not for the staff who have all been amazing. They are for the lack of comfort at the hospital for visitors. The visitor's chairs--I tried both styles--in the rooms are torture...

Worst hospital for patient care & consideration. I was sent over to the ER from the redi-care for testing . They put a stint in my arm gave me some kinda dye for the mri then refused me water ....

The front desk ladies are beyond disrespectful and rude. BEYOND! I'm 4months pregnant going through allot and they lack 0 consideration or empathy for anybody but themselves.

Sparrow Hospital is a very nice looking facility. It's a historic landmark for downtown Lansing and can show off other beautiful landscapes from their high floors. Street level Lansing and Lansing...
