Mid-East Adult Center

Based in Zanesville, Ohio, Adult Center for Education is a division of Mid-East Career and Technology Centers focusing on career development and educational enhancement of adults in the city. The center offers a wide range of part- and full-time adult and continuing education programs. It also offers customized training programs for business and industry. Adult Center for Education provides instruction in various areas, including automotive technology, building construction and remodeling, practical nursing, paramedic training, heating and air conditioning, information technology, and fire safety and public safety training. The center s part-time programs include language, sewing, arts, exercise, plumbing and electricity, home improvement and blueprint reading programs. It provides several programs for human resource development and computer classes. The center also provides financial aid to students.
