The staff is crazy rude and overall not helpful, I've gotten piercings at the one at the Mall of America and have had no problems there.

The customer service here is terrible :( the girls there all have attitudes and are very rude for no reason. Seriously need better staff and management. Not a way to treat customers for literally...
