I have taken shoes there a couple of times, one pair was a seam that came apart and another pair was a pair of pumps that my dog chewed the sole off of the heel. Both times he did such a good job...

I needed a zipper put in a coat. The staff who assisted was beyond cordial and very knowledgeable about the repair of the coat. Staff was beyond pleasant and efficient!
