Restaurant itself was ok, it is in the mall. Shorter lines than other places. We love their floats. The dining area is busy and disgusting, but that is the shared area so affects all the food...

As expected! Hot burgers and fast service. Also, the root beer is a 50 cent refill which was a nice surprise. If you want familiar food, I'd would come here. Easily would come back.

We came here to A&W at the Mall of America to avoid paying way too much for a meal at our hotel restaurant. Okay, it is fast food, but the service was fine, the burger delicious and the fries hot...

The service was super slow and the employees weren't helpful or friendly. We ordered a float and a freeze and they both took more than ten minutes to come up and it really wasn't even that busy....
