HistoryI started my business in September 2019. I Started Working at LA Fitness in May 2019 I feel like I can be better as a personal trainer by being self employed because I will have more freedom and control so I will be able to focus on helping my clients and not on keeping the gym the way they want it. Another thing that is happening to me at LA Fitness is that my clients session expire. I don't understand why they expire for my business you won't have sessions expiring. Right now I'm training clients for FREE to get my name out. I have about 10 clients at LA Fitness and 3 Foundation Personal Training Clients.SpecialtiesI'm a personal trainer who can help clients get great long term results and they won't be in platoos for long periods of time. I explain the purpose of all the exercises and why I'm having my client do that exercise very few trainers do this. I also send them videos of all the exercises in there training program so they don't have to worry about remembering the exercises. A lot of my clients like how I explain the process on how they will get to there fitness goals and make sure the plan fits there lifestyle. The gyms I train clients at are Train Your Way Fitness (5000 W 35th St. Minneapolis) and Snap Fitness Champlin (12460 Champlin Dr Champlin).
