Farrell's North Loop offers a unique program with 4 components: Kickboxing for Cardio, Strength Training, Nutrition Guidance and Personalized Coaching . Students initially enroll in a 10-Week Challenge session in which physical testing is performed along with photos both at the beginning and end of the 10-Week Challenge. A $1000 prize is given to an overall winner for the man and woman with the best overall transformations during a party at the end of the 10-Week Challenge.
