Granite Falls Health Clinic

Affiliated Community Medical Centers, also known as ACMC, is one of Minnesota's largest health care systems. It was formed in 1971 following the merger of Willmar Clinic and Lakeland Medical Center and is comprised of more than 10 clinics and over 25 specialty departments. The system employs nearly 150 physicians and midlevel practitioners, as well as more than 700 support professionals. Affiliated Community Medical Centers specializes in the areas of allergy, asthma, anesthesiology, audiology, family and occupational medicine, geriatrics, dermatology, obstetrics, ophthalmology, pediatrics, sports medicine, neurology, podiatry and general surgery. It offers a variety of imaging services, including X-ray, ultrasound, echocardiography, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), CT scan, mammography, bone densitometry and nuclear medicine. Additionally, the system provides cardiac electrophysiology, pain management, physiatry, rheumatology, plastic surgery, urgent care and physical therapy services.
