Macarons by Maddie Lu is a family-owned business that started in December 2017. Baking fresh macarons everyday, Laurie and Maddie (mother and daughter) have combined their baking and business experience to create a comfortable and welcoming local bakery. Maddie received her degree from Le Cordon Bleu, Laurie from Rasmussen Business College. Maddie has experience as an intern at Disney World, working at the Boardwalk Bakery.

Grabbed some macarons while we were shopping at MOA. My favorite was the vanilla almond and birthday cake but all the flavors we tried were good.
