Maple Grove City Police Department

Located in Maple Grove, Minn., the Maple Grove Police Department is a law enforcement agency that protects residents' lives, their property and constitutional rights. It operates a citizens police academy that provides training programs related to laws, firearms instruction, defensive tactics, first aid, patrol procedures and investigations. In addition, the Maple Grove Police Department provides neighborhood watch, community-oriented policing and animal control services. The department supports the Explorer Program, which is a worksite-based program for youth between the ages of 14 and 20. The Maple Grove Police Department undertakes cases related to juvenile crimes, sexual offenses, drug abuses and domestic violence.
