Had brunch here with family, the service was a little slow and they kept forgetting items, but the guy was really friendly. Our food was ok, but we felt like our mains were very under-seasoned....

Overpriced and understaffed, O'Briens was busy when I stopped by for lunch after Valleyfair. Charming ambiance and atmosphere make up where the staff and menu lacks.
