My experience wasn't horrible but it wasn't great either. I was basically running between stores that said they had Tul pens in stock but when I got the store they were no where to be found....

Nothing is worse than shopping online, narrowing your search to your store, seeing the item you want "ready for pick up" to then go to the store and hear "it's not in stock and not in any store...
