They have ok customer service but that's only after they make a mistake, the internet is not up to the speeds they advertise 75% of the time. My internet modem has to be pointed at the water tower...

We never got as much speed up or down as what we paid for. It seems like they have to upgrade their equipment to service their customers but don't, so they just keep changing who gets the Internet...
