For over 36 years, Lake Air Metal Products operates as a division of Lake Air Companies. Based in Minneapolis, Minn., it specializes as steel metal fabricators. Its capabilities include engineering, laser cutting, turret punching, forming, computer numerical controls (CNC) machining and turning, electromechanical assembly, welding, tapping and drilling, deburring and complex metal finishing. The company caters to various sectors, including medical, communications, aerospace, food, packaging, mining, weighing and scaling, X-ray and metal detection, printing, contract manufactures and green alternative energy.

General Safety Equipment was founded in the town of Lindstrom, Minn., in the mid-1930s by Elmer Abrahamson. The company manufacturers fire trucks for nearly every state and country throughout the world. Its customers include the cities of Minneapolis and Bloomington, Minn.; Cleveland; Charlotte, N.C.; Fort Worth, Texas; and Spokane, Wash. Other customers include China, Egypt, Israel, Korea, South Africa and the U.S. Air Force. In 1995, General Safety formed a partnership with Rosenbauer International, who is headquartered in the town of Linz, Austria. Rosenbauer is also a family owned company, and has been in business for more than 130 years. In 1998, another partnership was formed with Central States Fire Apparatus of Lyons, S.D. While General Safety s emphasis is still on customized vehicles, the partnership with Central has provided the company with the combined largest product line in the industry.

DC Group provides critical power maintenance to data centers, telecommunications, hospitals and all other companies that require uninterruptible power for their business to operate throughout the United States. In addition, it provides nationwide maintenance on all makes and models of the various components of critical power system, such as uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), stationary batteries, stand-by generators (Diesel Gen-sets), DC plants (rectifiers), automatic transfer switch (ATS), power-distribution unit (PDU) and many more. DC Group provides a comprehensive suite of services and products to more than 6,300 clients.
