WomanWoRX is a Pelvic Floor Therapy and Women’s Fitness Center created by the expert team at Minnesota Women’s Care. We provide non-surgical, evidence-based care through a team of pelvic floor physical therapists, chiropractors, and exercise specialists. Our in-person and online programs blend therapeutic treatment with functional fitness—including group classes like hot yoga and Pilates—to support recovery, strength, and overall wellness.
