In 2002, we focused our resources on the business marketplace when we saw that it was ready for an easy-to-use, self-directed system that would allow companies to manage their own Web sites. Based on our studies, the idea of commoditizing Web-based services was key to building a successful business. Our focus on self-managed websites and credit card merchant services gave us a diversified service that was, and is, needed by a very large percentage of small to medium-sized businesses. Additionally, we have formed strategic partnerships with selected graphic designers and marketing firms, allowing us to provide tailored, single-source services to customers in all industries while keeping our costs down.
