YogaSix Nokomis is a locally owned small boutique yoga fitness studio changing the way people think and experience yoga. We are located in the shopping center near 62 and Cedar Ave near Target, Home Depot, Primrose school and across the street from Orangetheory Fitness. We are community focused. Our inclusive, energetic, full-sensory workouts are designed to provide the mind-body experience of yoga that everyone deserves. Our classes are energizing, empowering, and fun. We deliver life-enhancing benefits through our core classes: Sculpt & Flow, Slow Flow, Hot, Power, and Restore. We also offer private training sessions and Yoga Teacher Training.
