Be able to call on the phone and talk to someone actually in the store instead of having someone lie and tell you they are in the store when they are not. They are probably not even in the US....

If you are buying electronics, etc. they are great. The new Geek Squad leaves a lot to be desired if you are requesting a house visit. Too much red tape!
