So glad that Horn Lake has a Chick-fil-A. Beautiful inside has a mini play area inside. Plenty of seating. Everything was clean including the bathrooms. A variety of seating available. Loved the...

Should not be sitting in the drive thru for 20 mins when there are only a few cars. Why does the mobile pick up line take just as long as the regular drive through line?!

Food is cold by the time you get your food due to the customer service is slow and unorganized ....they don't know how to work the drive thru line like the other stores....Definitely need more...
