Took very long too get my food nearly 1 hour and very rude customer service 1 hour for 6 Krystal's expensive and I wouldn't wish that type of service on anyone.

The krystals are hit and miss here. Depending on who's working the shift. They oversteam the burgers and make them very soggy. The presentation is there. They do not care how the burgers look....
