Absolutely overpriced for what you get. Outdated building, rodents/pests, rude and unhelpful management. I'd have felt much better paying around $750/mo as that's about what they're really worth....

The mgmt staff are rude when you go in to check on apartments. They act like you are bothering them. They don't want to help for nothing. They don't want to answer any questions they roll thier...
