The motel clerk (Tonja) required proof that my dog was a service animal. There is no 'proof' that can be required as there is none to be had. The clerk can ask if the animal is a service animal...

Saw 3 different rooms all gross in different ways. Refused stay. Front desk ladies great customer service and very nice. I think even they were disappointed

Standard and unspectacular. The king size bed was comfy but there was a condom wrapper and left over Jell-O shots behind the bedside table --which we had to pull out to get to the sockets....

have stayed here in the past has definitely gone down, could t take a bath in tub, left my pillow and was assured they would put it up for me when I came back through in a week, no pillow.
