Shaw Family Medical is a family practice clinic providing care to patients from age 6 weeks to end-of-life. Services include acute care management of disease processes, chronic care management of disease processes, EPSDT screenings, Vaccines for Children, preventive health services, drug screens, and certified medical examiner screens for commercial drivers.
