Waited almost 20 minutes for the slowest person behind the counter to make 3 sandwiches off a piece of paper. Didn't say a word. Not a "be with you in one moment" nothing... I've never seen...

I have ordered here for years. My latest experience had flung all of that to the wayside. I ALWAYS order ahead online. I hate waiting. When I arrived, the kid behind the counter had lost my order....
