It's a bank....friendly and helpful. Doesn't seem like to big bank that they are. Most will remember your name after your first visit.

Hours are atrocious. You have to take off work just to bank. they recently further reduced their hours to 10 to 4 Monday through Friday and aren't open on the weekends at all. The company has...

The have continued to reduce their hours, seemingly to almost ask their clients to bank elsewhere. Hours are only 10-4 M-F and no hours on Sat which is ridiculous.
