Gene-Del Printing

In September 1973, Gene and Dolores Dodel decided to form they own company, one they could be proud of. They arrived at the new name of Gene-Del. The printing business started in the basement of a residence in Brentwood with a $500 used press, a used desk, typewriter and various other equipment necessary fro beginning an enterprise. Since 1973, Gene-Del Printing has continued to grow and expand, upgrading and adding new state-of-the-art printing equipment. Today, Gene-Del is still family owned and operated! For a timeline of the first 25 years, 1973 Gene-Del opens for business at 2652 Melvin Ave off Manchester in Brentwood Genes brother Fred and his wife Louise join Gene-Del, as does Gene and Dolores' son Keith. The company expands into the space upstairs.
